Your cost depends on what you need your website to do. How long will it take to complete my website?

That depends greatly on the size and type of website you need as well as how quickly we plan out your web siteand you get the content information to us.  It could be as little as 1 day or as long as 1 month on average.  We have a team of developers ready to build your website, so the sooner you get the information to us, the quicker we can get your website done.

Do I need to hire a local web site designer?

While this could be convenient if you were wanting to visit the website designer, it really isn't necessary.  Due to technology being so fluid, all the information that we need to build your website can be submitted via email or faxed to us at 305-890-2721.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

That depends on what type of website package you purchase with us.  If you participate in the Do-It-Yourself Website Design system, then you will need to purchase a domain name (URL or Web address such as www.yourstore.com).  Both of our Do-It-Yourself Website Design programs come with hosting included. For our Custom Designed Websites, we include a one year registration of your desired domain name as part of our service. Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?

We prefer to have at least a telephone conversation with you in order to better understand what you are really looking for in a website.  We attempt to capture your business's personality and this is best done by communicating.  However, 99% of the necessary information can be delivered via email or faxed to us at 305-890-2721.

What if I don't like the website design? Will you redo the website?

Yes.  We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. When we complete the initial main phase of the website design, we turn our design over to you for your approval.  You then have 30 days to go over your site and make changes.  If you desire, we will even tear the current website design down and start from scratch.

Once my website design is completed, what type of service can I expect from you?

We fully support any website we design and we are always available if any problems occur or if you should require any enhancements.  We are always here to answer your questions.

Do I have to keep my website with you?

No, you don't.  We will assist you in setting up your website with whatever hosting service you desire.  You can choose to maintain your website yourself or hire some other agency to do so. We have secured excellent prices on hosting to make it easier to get you set up.

Will my website design be "Search Engine" friendly?

Yes!  One of the benefits of allowing us to design your website is we automatically keyword and optimize your website so search engines such as Google and Yahoo will find you.  Search Engine Optimization is a process, however, and it is beneficial to enroll in our Search Engine Optimization Program so we can optimize your website and improve its ratings each month.

I can't find my website on the search engines.   Why not?

It takes time for the search engines to list your website once it has been submitted.  Also, your ranking on the search engines is based on many different factors including linking with quality websites.  This type of linking is an ongoing process that can take many months.  If you are part of our Search Engine Optimization Program, our goal is to get you on page 1 of a search on the main search engines in relation to your keywords.  While, we can't guarantee you will be in the top 10 of every key word, we work hard to make sure we get you ranked.
